 ·        Integration of XcelleNet into the TransActPOS product line

         Profile Systems Design Group, Inc. has signed an agreement with TruServ Corporation to begin the process of converting from the CIS based ordering system to the new XcelleNet communications platform.  XcelleNet will be required of all True Value stores by December of 2005.  We have completed Level 3 compliance, the highest compatibility rating possible as of March 2006.

   The XcelleNet communications system will provide the following functions for True Value stores: transmit purchase orders and retrieve a variety of downloads automatically.
