Who is Profile Systems Design Group, Inc.?

Profile, for short, is the developer of a modular based accounting system focused on inventory and customer management of a retail operation.  Our objective is to provide you with a comprehensive, easy to learn accounting system and provide you with the tools to educate your employees as to how appropriately use the system to better serve your customers.

How can we affect your business?

With our initial contact with your store, we begin to outline how your business operates.  Your business is unique because of your specific business practices.  For instance, TransActPOS can deal with a variety of customer payment, discount and credit situations.  During the interview process, we determine what TransActPOS settings will best fit your operation thus making your "hardware store" unique from another "hardware store"; same software, different settings.

How do we service and support your account?

New installations are configured at our office then shipped to your location with online support for installation.  Data is loaded via our in-house communications server.  Staff training is provided through remote desktop support complete with video conferencing.  Full documentation is available online.

If you can source the hardware and network installation locally, we can install our applications utilizing remote communications and provide the same level of support to your network.  We require that all workstations and servers are connected and in proper working order before the installation begins.
