How do we service and support your account?New installations are configured at our office then shipped to your location with online support for installation. Data is loaded via our in-house communications server. Staff training is provided through remote desktop support complete with video conferencing. Full documentation is available online. If you can source the hardware and network installation locally, we can install our applications utilizing remote communications and provide the same level of support to your network. We require that all workstations and servers are connected and in proper working order before the installation begins.
