TransActPOS Document ScanningMany times the question arises "What do I do with the ink signed document when I get it back from the delivery to the customer?" Today the answer is, "You scan it!". TransActPOS allows users to scan delivery tickets, gas tickets, etc. and attach to the customer's invoice. Most of our installations utilize electronic signatures for both their account charge and credit card processes. The captured signature then appears within the detail page of the customer statement. In this scenario, the manually signed document is left out of the process. The TransActPOS Document Scanning module allows the user to attached the document electronically to the invoice. When the statement prints, the signed document appears within the detail portion for the customer. Epson scanners continue to provide our customers with a reliable hardware solution.
